Overview of the Property Organizer
This property organizer is designed to allow your visitors
to have all of their property search elements (saved
searches/email updates, saved listings, and personalized
property search) available in one convenient location.
It is an excellent lead generator as the user
is prompted to give their name and email in order to sign
up. (You can also turn that off and not require any info).

Saved Searches
and Email Updates

Your client can choose to save custom property searches
(what cities, how many beds/baths, etc) as Saved Searches in
their personal Property Organizer. This allows them to
perform their searches with a single click.
They can also choose to receive daily email
updates of new listings that match their search settings. As
the site owner, you will see any accounts set up through
your Admin Section. You will even see when they receive
emails, which houses they click on within the email, and
more!

Saving Properties

Next to each property on your website, there is a "SAVE"
link that allows users to add that property to a
"short-list". They can then add or delete properties from
the list at any time as well as see any updates to those
properties that might occur (price changes, property photo
additions, virtual tours, etc).
As the agent, you can also use this
function to save listings into their shortlist that you think your client should
see.
