Project Description
A 50+ page catalog of rental properties is a complex project with many elements.
The first stage of the design process is to develop the overall design scheme with the cover and inside cover spread. This year’s cover and inside imagery theme builds off their name in showing large scale images of shorelines, which are repeated throughout the catalog.
From there we start designing the rest of the filler pages with the maps, local attractions and rental information. Finally, we build the cell templates for the house information. Once those are approved we start filling in the information and images for the individual houses, which needs to be meticulously proofed to eliminate any errors or omissions.
We were also responsible for the printing and production management. These were printed on a glossy 100lb stock with a 100lb matte cover stock for the cover.
